Join Mindy and Kathy as they explore the fundamentals of posture in Mountain Pose, a basic yoga pose. The postural techniques discussed for Mountain Pose in a Wheelchair can be applied to many other seated yoga postures. They are helpful to find an optimal position for meditation, seated at a desk or table, or practically anytime you are in a seated position.
